NGC 1535 using the 0.8m Schulman Telescope from the Mount Lemmon SkyCenter, Credit: Adam Block/Mount Lemmon SkyCenter/University of Arizona

Deep Sky observing in Eridanus and Taurus, 2 December 2015

Viktor observed the planetary nebula NGC 1535 in Eridanus. The nebula was discovered by William Herschel on February 1, 1785. Viktor used his small Televue Ranger refractor and had a look on Messier 1, the Crab nebula.
